Membership of Dunbartonshire & Argyll Ladies' County Golf Association is open to any lady golf club member, with a handicap of 24 or less, who meets at least one of the following criteria laid down by the SLGA.
Born in Dunbartonshire or Argyll; Member of a golf club in either Dunbartonshire or Argyll; Lives in either county. An annual subscription is payable to the D & A L C G A by the 31st of December in any year. Competitions include County Championships, Spring and Autumn Meetings, Medals, Inter County Foursomes, Commonwealth Spoons Competition and Winter Foursomes Competition.

sends a big thankyou to everybody who took part in the Jamboree. The players, officials, Anne B and Helen on the computer, Lorna as caddy mistress, Lesley as starter, Isabel Crawford as referee and Lana as assistant referee, all the caddies, ball spotters and Jean the offishal press fotografur and last but not least Vice Captain Jennifer for all her support during the three days. It was hard luck we did not get the chance to finish the games on Wednesday afternoon - so next year - Centenary Year will be special.

Sadly the afternoon matches on the final day at Hilton Park had to be abandoned as the greens were flooded after torrential rain.
